Frequently asked questions
Where is my plan stored?
Your plan is stored on your device. Chromorrow Plus also synchronizes it through your private iCloud database when iCloud is available. Chromorrow does not require a separate account.
How do I restore Chromorrow Plus?
Open Settings → Chromorrow Plus → Restore Purchase while signed in with the Apple Account that made the purchase.
How do I make a backup?
Open Settings → Backup → Export Backup. Keep the exported JSON file in a safe place. Restoring a backup replaces the current synced plan.
How do I delete my data?
Open Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete All My Data. The deletion is also requested for devices synchronized through iCloud; an offline device may take time to reflect it.
